 - Feedback Collection: Actively seek feedback from clients to identify opportunities for improvement. Share client insights and feedback with internal teams to enhance our products and services.

Qualifications

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a B2B Customer Service Specialist, you will be eligible for:- Competitive hourly rate: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
