Platform Engineer

LMI is seeking a Platform Engineer to build and support their core infrastructure for Navy logistics and asset visibility, leveraging their mission-ready AI and innovative solutions. The role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining a Platform-as-a-Service environment, collaborating with developers and various teams to ensure stability, security, and speed. Prior DoD or Navy software delivery experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance or higher
• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevSecOps engineering roles
• Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience (CKAD or CKA preferred)
• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments, especially AWS GovCloud
• Solid Linux skills and comfort with command-line troubleshooting and networking
• Knowledge of secure identity and access management (ICAM) and protocols (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC)
• Proficiency in at least one language (C#, Python, or similar)
• Experience operating in or delivering to federal or DoD environments
• Comfortable working in Agile teams with rapid delivery cycles
