About the Role
As our Senior Manager Customer Prospection and Segmentation, you'll be responsible for spearheading the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge strategies to accelerate our portfolio growth in the LATAM market. You'll work closely with Bottlers commercial directors to leverage artificial intelligence algorithms, external geocoding, and socio-economic data to drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative customer prospection and segmentation strategies to increase KOS portfolio numeric distribution, share of visibility inventory (SOVI), and market share.
- Collaborate with Bottlers commercial directors to deploy AI-powered solutions and drive commercial strategy effectiveness.
- Develop and implement Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence approaches to map out customer and consumer needs, proposing market actions to drive sales revenue and margin growth.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Prospection and Segmentation, analyzing multiple external data sources, customer insights, and shopper issues to inform business decisions.
- Leverage new processes, procedures, technologies, and capabilities to scale solutions across LATAM Bottlers, driving commercial transformation through innovative technological solutions.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need a unique blend of leadership expertise, technical skills, and business acumen. Here are the essential qualifications and preferred skills we're looking for:
Essential Qualifications:
- +7 years of leadership experience in Sales, Customer, Commercial Planning & Execution, or Route to Market.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (MBA or Master's in Data Science preferred).
- Fluent in English (Portuguese a plus).
- Proven track record of AI strategy design and machine learning algorithm deployment.
- Solid analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to think from planning to execution.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and data analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies.
- Familiarity with Machine Learning Techniques and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
