Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Intelligence: Leverage owned and external data sources to create an enhanced reporting suite, enabling real-time marketing decisions and optimizations.
  • Manage Reporting Needs: Oversee daily, short-term, and long-term reporting requirements using tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • Deliver KPIs and Insights: Develop and track key performance indicators to drive business strategy and measure performance.
  • Automate and Refine Reporting: Create automated and ad-hoc business reports for the direct-to-consumer healthcare business, ensuring data accuracy and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with BI, finance, and other teams to create analytics insights, drive decision-making, and uphold HIPAA compliance.
  • Develop Business Cases: Build compelling business cases to support key initiatives and secure funding.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, and performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and best-in-class reporting tools like Tableau.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with web analytics tools, business analytics segmentation, and customer cohorts.
  • A "daily measurement" mindset, with the ability to optimize key business metrics in real-time.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Additional assets that can enhance your candidacy include:

  • Familiarity with SalesForce.com environments.
  • Experience with marketing mix modeling, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and prioritize tasks effectively.
