The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive at 7 Mindsets, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our footprint in the K-12 education market. You'll be responsible for prospecting new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle, and building strong relationships with clients across multiple states. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business opportunities in K-12 districts across multiple states, leveraging your knowledge of the education space to identify and pursue potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to close, and ensure that clients are educated and engaged throughout the process.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Meet or exceed sales quota, using metrics and data to inform your sales strategy and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices, develop sales strategies, and drive overall sales growth.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need a combination of sales expertise, education knowledge, and personal qualities that drive success. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the K-12 education software space.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quota, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with a natural hunter mentality and a passion for prospecting new opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the K-12 education space, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing educators and administrators.
  • Knowledge of social-emotional learning (SEL) and its applications in educational settings.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems and sales automation platforms.
