About the Role: Part-Time ServiceNow Full Stack Developer

We're seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time ServiceNow Full Stack Developer to join our team on a night shift remote schedule. As a ServiceNow Full Stack Developer, you'll play a critical role in supporting our scheduling product line, which positively impacts the lives of millions of Americans. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring for tickets and application performance to ensure seamless operations
• Triaging and responding to issues, and notifying on-call resources when necessary
• Revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging code to improve existing software
• Developing documentation throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Serving as an expert on applications and providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (4 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education)
• 2+ years of experience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with REACT, Typescript, and Java Web Services
• Excellent knowledge of software development and user interface web application development
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Strong problem-solving attitude and ability to understand front-end users' requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket, Kubernetes, and AWS Cloud Environments
• VA or other Federal Government experience
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• High standards, results-oriented, and customer-centric attitude
