Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and generate leads, aligning with our firm's overall goals and objectives.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing, to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
• Oversee content creation and ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently.
• Track and report on marketing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing decisions.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in the personal injury space.
• A deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
• Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external agencies.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving marketing objectives.
