Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads through cold calling and email campaigns, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and prospects.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets, working closely with our sales leaders to drive business growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified leads, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Salesforce Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in Salesforce, ensuring seamless tracking and analysis of sales performance.
- Sales Support and Collaboration: Participate in ad-hoc sales initiatives, promotions, and negotiations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.
- Corporate Sales Negotiations: Negotiate and implement corporate agreements, including Quick Rewards Business and the Groups program, to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales, is required.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) or corporate sales environment, is highly desirable.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
