Job Overview
The Senior Director - Portfolio Leader plays a pivotal role within our Go-to-Market organization, reporting directly to the Sector Leader. The primary focus of this position is to build, nurture, and grow client relationships, own or facilitate executive relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and achieve business growth objectives. The successful candidate will have day-to-day line management responsibility for Account Executives working within their portfolio, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and coaching to ensure alignment with company goals and culture.
Key Responsibilities
The Senior Director - Portfolio Leader will be responsible for the following key areas:
- Sector Knowledge and Expertise: Demonstrating a strong understanding and knowledge of BPO and Technical Services associated with the allocated portfolio and industry sector, developing and executing the portfolio strategy, and leveraging expertise to speak at internal and external forums.
 - Account Management and Business Growth: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients, driving development of sustainable and profitable strategic account plans, ensuring financial KPIs are met, and maximizing the share of TAM within client(s).
 - Team Management and Talent Development: Strategically selecting and implementing the optimal structure for the portfolio team, providing strategic direction, mentoring, and coaching to Account Executives, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
 - Strategic Collaboration: Collaborating with Sector Leads, Portfolio Leaders, and other internal teams to align account strategies with overall business objectives, supporting the creation of client forums, and driving innovation and continuous improvement in account management practices.
 - Reporting and Analytics: Monitoring and reporting on portfolio performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, gathering and sharing client feedback, and using data and analytics to inform strategy and optimize account management.
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 12+ years of experience (3 years of management experience).
 - Extensive experience in account management or client relationship management roles, preferably within the BPO industry.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
 - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and achieving business growth.
 - Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
 - Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute growth plans.
 - Proficiency in using Salesforce, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
 
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
 - Knowledge of the BPO and Technical Services industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
