About the Role
As a Senior Experience Designer II, you will contribute to design initiatives that impact the end-to-end customer journey, designing innovative solutions that delight our customers. You will be an advanced design practitioner who grounds user-centered design solutions in product, tech, and business strategies. Your expertise will enable you to work independently, deliver reliably within deadlines, and mentor designers in your areas of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate multiple credible design solutions with guidance, participating in divergent and convergent group work
 - Exhibit mastery of shared tools and software for design, understanding and applying patterns from our design system to create a consistent user experience
 - Maintain organized working files and project directories, exploring, refining, and documenting design solutions thoroughly
 - Participate in user insight-gathering activities through observation and note-taking, analyzing observations to develop insights and user insight communications
 - Research competitive products, industry trends, and topics, designing solutions within our business context and revenue model
 - Build a working knowledge of UI standards for common platforms, investigating and designing effective UI for targeted technologies
 - Prioritize work and manage time for given tasks, articulating user, business, and/or technical reasoning for detailed design decisions in critiques or presentations
 - Actively participate and contribute to group dialog and activities, applying active listening and productive conversational builds
 - Present in meetings as a representative of primary discipline(s), providing mentorship in areas of expertise
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience
 - Four or more years of relevant work experience in UX, digital design skills, and prototyping
 - Experience in user-centric design, with a portfolio of professional work that demonstrates your expertise
 - Experience in Visual Design and UI animation, with a strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design approaches
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, with a focus on human-centered design, interaction design, or a related field
 - Contributed to multiple design programs or shipped products with a large user base, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions
