Job Overview

The Senior Manager Data Science will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and application of advanced algorithms to mine and analyze data from company databases, delivering optimization and insights to enhance product development, marketing strategies, and business operations. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Executive teams, to understand business needs and deliver targeted, data-based solutions.

• Collaborate with other teams to create robust ad targeting models that increase engagement and conversion, contributing to business growth.
• Drive an agile approach to data science initiatives, promoting iterative testing, learning, and adaptability to enhance the team's responsiveness to business needs.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science, with a track record of successfully leading teams in a business-focused environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong proficiency in data mining, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
