About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labor Relations Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will provide labor relations support to our partners and leaders across retail, manufacturing, and distribution. Your expertise will be essential in helping us navigate complex labor relations issues, drive business outcomes, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on collective bargaining, grievance processes, contract administration, and labor and management relations
 - Utilize data and insights to assess and drive action to elevate customer and partner experiences
 - Collaborate with local leaders and support teams to proactively promote the partner experience across North America
 - Develop and implement strategies to drive business outcomes and promote a positive and inclusive work environment
 - Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, leaders, and other stakeholders
 - Stay up-to-date on labor and employment laws and regulations, including the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), Title VII, ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA, and state/local laws and statutes
 
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Business
 - 3-7 years of experience in Labor Relations, HR, or a related field, with a focus on collective bargaining, grievance resolution, and contract administration
 - Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations, including the NLRA, Title VII, ADA, ADAAA, ADEA, FMLA, and state/local laws and statutes
 - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
 - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and case management systems

- Advanced degree in a related field, such as Labor Relations, Human Resources, or Business
 - Experience working in a unionized environment, with a focus on collective bargaining and contract administration
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions
 - Experience with project management and implementation, with a focus on driving business outcomes and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
 - Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners, leaders, and other stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience
