Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Account Manager, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical expertise and support. Your key responsibilities will include:

 - Providing expert guidance on Platform One portfolio solutions, including Advanced Kubernetes, Cloud, Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps
 - Delivering hands-on support throughout the full customer lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing maintenance and optimization
 - Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
 - Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud-native solutions, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity, and applying this knowledge to drive customer success
 - Working closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience contributing to a technical team for a software or IT project
 - Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes, Cloud, Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, and DevSecOps
 - Experience working with IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineer, Software Engineer, and System Administrator roles
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
 - A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving technical solutions to meet customer needs
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Platform One exposure and experience working with cloud-native solutions
 - A background in DevSecOps, with experience in developing and implementing secure software development practices
 - Relevant certifications, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud certifications, or a willingness to obtain these certifications
 - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and technologies
