Job Summary

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Telephone Operator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Telephone Operator, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, responding to guest inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Reports: Complete reports and other documentation as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination, working together to resolve guest issues and concerns.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, team members, and management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems, software applications, and other technology tools to manage and process guest information.
  • Time Management: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems, think critically, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Related Work Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in multiple languages is an asset, but not required.
