Key Responsibilities

As a The UPS Store Center Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries, responding to their needs, and providing solutions to their shipping and logistics challenges.

  • Operating all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion, including copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, including supporting special projects and initiatives.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication, customer service, and problem-solving.
  • Previous retail sales experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
