Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone surveys with respondents, reading scripted surveys and entering answers into a computer or laptop.
• Make virtual cold calls to respondents, engaging them in conversations and encouraging participation in surveys.
• Utilize computer software and hardware to efficiently conduct surveys and manage data.
• Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.

Essential Qualifications

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
