Key Responsibilities
- Provide skilled and compassionate nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs.

- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments, care plans, and progress notes.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Active LPN license in the state of Kentucky.
- At least one year of clinical experience as an LPN.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license.
