We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Undergraduate Academic Advisor to join our team at the Hasan School of Business. As an Undergraduate Academic Advisor, you will play a critical role in advising and supporting undergraduate students in various business disciplines, promoting and recruiting for our programs, and contributing to the overall success of the HSB.Key Responsibilities
* Advise and support continuing students in all business disciplines, prospective freshmen, and transfer students via phone, video conferencing, email, and face-to-face interactions. * Promote and recruit for the HSB programs, answer questions about undergraduate programs, and participate in special outreach events and community college days. * Maintain up-to-date files on all students, monitor student academic performance, and coordinate the in-house tutoring program for business courses. * Direct the in-house tutoring program, hire and train tutors, match tutors to students, and account for all hours each month. * Assist with special events, such as awards banquets and Fiesta with Faculty, and participate in special calling projects with new and prospective students.Primary Duties:
- Advise and support undergraduate students in various business disciplines, including prospective, freshman, continuing, and transfer students.
 - Promote and recruit for the HSB programs, participate in special outreach events, and answer questions about undergraduate programs.
 - Maintain accurate records of all students, update course grade performance and grade changes, and note special instructions and discussions.
 - Direct the in-house tutoring program, hire and train tutors, and account for all hours each month.
 - Assist with special events and projects that support the mission of the HSB.
