Job Summary

As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for connecting with individuals and families across the nation using our advanced auto-dialing system to provide them with peace of mind through the sale of eFinancial's innovative life insurance products. You will be part of a high-performing team that is known for its result-driven approach, empathy, and commitment to ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize our advanced auto-dialing system to connect with individuals and families across the nation
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences through the sale of eFinancial's innovative life insurance products
  • Deliver a seamless purchasing experience to customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and customer interactions

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or related field preferred
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working with technology
  • Self-starting problem solver with a hustle mentality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Life insurance license (we provide training and support for licensure)
  • Previous experience working in a remote or call-center environment
