About the Role: Remote Overnight Customer Service Representative
We're on the hunt for a highly skilled and dedicated Overnight Customer Service Representative to join our team on a remote basis. As a key player in our customer service operations, you'll be responsible for handling customer calls and emails, providing timely and accurate information, managing parts and consumables orders, creating price quotes for services, and assigning field technicians to sites. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service that drives sustainable business growth and fosters long-term customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
 - Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
 - Process parts and consumables orders, ensuring efficient and effective order fulfillment
 - Create price quotes for services, adhering to company pricing guidelines and policies
 - Assign field technicians to sites, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
 - Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
 - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide exceptional customer support
 - Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer interactions, track issues, and analyze customer data
 - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and field operations, to ensure customer needs are met
 
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
 - Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or overnight shift environment
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customer groups
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
 - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision
