Key Responsibilities: The Heart of Patient Support
- Manage an average of 75-100 inbound/outbound calls per day, ensuring timely and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
 - Respond promptly to emails and online chat messages, adhering to company KPIs and providing exceptional patient service.
 - Utilize computerized scheduling systems to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless coordination between patients and healthcare providers.
 - Resolve patient issues with empathy and professionalism, consistently meeting or exceeding patient service expectations.
 - Maintain accurate patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, financial, and insurance information.
 - Perform new patient registration, healthcare insurance verification, and scheduling, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
 - Adhere to department Quality Assurance Program and Core Values, upholding the highest standards of patient care and service.
 - Meet performance goals established for the position, focusing on efficiency, call quality, attendance, calls per day, and patient satisfaction.
 - Communicate critical and functional concerns to the Manager, providing recommendations for solutions and process improvements.
 - Demonstrate proficiency in MS Office and Office 365, with intermediate to advanced skills in Excel.
 - React well under pressure, treating others with respect and compassion, and embodying the values of a Warrior for Hope.
 
Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate
To excel as a Remote Patient Support Agent at CleanSlate, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare field, preferably with a multi-site, multi-state healthcare organization.
 - A minimum of 3-5 years of experience with EMR systems, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex healthcare technology.
 - Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple open tabs, systems, and processes.
 - Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, mainly in Excel, to efficiently manage patient data and perform administrative tasks.
 - A High School Diploma; an Associate's degree is preferred.
 - Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred, but not required.
 - A reliable and productive home office setup, meeting company standards, with high-speed internet (at least 100mb download speed and 10mb upload speed).

Training and Hiring Hours: Your Journey Begins
As a Remote Patient Support Agent, you'll undergo comprehensive training (approximately 6 weeks) with the following schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 8:30-5pm EST / 7:30-4pm CST / 5:30-2pm PST.
 
Once training is complete, your regular working hours will be:
- Monday - Thursday: 11:30-8pm EST / 10:30-7pm CST / 8:30-5pm PST.
 - Friday: 8:30-5pm EST / 7:30-4pm CST / 5:30-2pm PST.
 - One rotating Saturday from 8-12pm EST / 7-11am CST / 5-9am PST.
