Job Summary

As a Multi Unit General Manager at Victra, you will be responsible for leading multiple retail locations, driving sales performance, and developing and motivating high-performing teams. You will be a key member of our leadership team and will play a critical role in implementing company initiatives and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales Performance: You will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across multiple locations. You will develop and implement sales strategies, provide coaching and training to sales teams, and monitor sales performance to ensure achievement of sales goals.
  • Team Leadership and Development: You will lead and manage a team of sales consultants, assistant managers, and other support staff. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and developing team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Operations Management: You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple locations, including inventory management, labor controls, and customer service.
  • Business Planning and Analysis: You will develop and implement business plans, forecasts, and sales reports to drive business results. You will analyze sales data and other key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: You will communicate effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and achieve business results. You will collaborate with other leaders and teams to drive company initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience: You will need at least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a sales environment.
  • Sales Experience: You will need experience in a commissions-based sales environment, with a proven track record of achieving challenging sales goals.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: You will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: You will need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and other key performance indicators to drive business results.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: You will need to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities and circumstances.
