Job Summary
As a Reservationist at the World of Coca-Cola, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, managing group reservations, and collaborating with our sales and operations teams. This role requires a unique blend of communication, organizational, and technical skills, with a focus on data accuracy, attention to detail, and adaptability. Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive and professional representation of The Coca-Cola Company.
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming inquiries, responding promptly and efficiently to client requests.
- Act as a concierge, assisting with itinerary planning for guests visiting Atlanta and providing personalized support.
- Communicate consistently and accurately, ensuring that protocols and procedures are clearly understood by clients and internal partners.
- Escalate requests when necessary, setting clear expectations for response times and follow-up.
On-Site Liaison between Group Sales and Operations Team
- Act as a liaison between the group sales and operations teams, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
- Assist with training Ambassador operations team members on group sales reservations processes and welcoming groups upon arrival.
- Partner with the operations team on special requests and arrival instructions, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience for our guests.
Data Entry & Sales
- Coordinate and process all phases of group reservations via phone and email, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow up to reconfirm upcoming group arrivals, update reservations, and process payments for ticket sales.
Administrative Projects
- Perform group sales administrative duties, including conference preparation, shipping, and customer gift assembly.
- Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements & Qualifications
Essential Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in a reservation, customer service, or administrative role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- On-site role at the World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta, GA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service and interpersonal interactions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, adapt to change, and produce accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Gateway Ticketing System experience.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other sales tools.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
