Your Role as a Retail Customer Service Expert

As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns from customers. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their queries or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate

  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

  • ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
