Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and analytical individual to join our Revenue Operations team as a temporary part-time Revenue Operations and Back Office Support Specialist. This role is for a three-month assignment, working 29 hours per week. As part of the Process Automation & Excellence team, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, report to the Senior Manager of Process Automation & Excellence, and support "Run the Business" initiatives for the RevOps organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Intake Request Management: Manage, review, and support intake requests in JIRA, ensuring that all requests are properly documented, prioritized, and addressed.
  • Requirements Gathering: Assist in gathering and validating requirements for ongoing business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business objectives.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform UAT and/or BAT testing to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are thoroughly tested.
  • Sprint Planning: Participate in sprint planning activities, contributing to the development of project plans and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Asset Creation and Enablement: Support the creation and enablement of assets, ensuring that all materials are accurate, up-to-date, and meet business needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing excellent communication and support to ensure that business needs are met.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in operations or project management roles, with a proven track record of success in managing business requests and supporting process automation.
  • Salesforce Administration: Salesforce administration experience is a plus, with a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities.
  • JIRA and SCRUM: Hands-on experience with JIRA and SCRUM certification preferred, but not required.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess and adapt processes as needed.
  • Communication: Effective communicator, able to build strong relationships within and outside the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Certification: Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with technical tools and platforms, such as data analytics and visualization tools.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and process automation.
