Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack SaaS UX/UI Designer to join our team and help shape the future of our platform. As a UX/UI Designer at WhatConverts, you'll work closely with marketers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and enhance our SaaS products. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that enhance both customer satisfaction and company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the UX/UI design process for our SaaS products, from conceptualization to final implementation
 - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs
 - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
 - Shape company strategy by transforming analyses into actionable design prototypes
 - Develop solutions that are visually appealing and align with our design system
 - Stay up-to-date with UX design trends and digital marketing practices
 - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
 
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital products
 - Proficiency with prototype tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
 - Understanding of Atomic Design and Design Systems
 - Proven ability to implement and update products and features, balancing business and customer needs
 - Experience with UX research and a customer-focused approach
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:
- Experience with design systems and atomic design principles
 - Knowledge of front-end development and HTML/CSS
 - Experience with Agile development methodologies
 - Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
