Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing multiple customers across various Foodservice and On-Premise channels, with a focus on gaming, both Indian gaming and gaming in Las Vegas. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategic plans to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for the following key activities:
  • Lead and Coach Your Portfolio: Develop and execute a clear direction for your portfolio of customers, leveraging best-in-class consumer insights, category-leading brands, and globally commercialized tools to achieve your Annual Business Plan (ABP).
  • Engage and Leverage a Networked Organization: Collaborate with a networked organization to become a channel expert, sharing your success with peers across the country while learning and deploying best practices from across the globe to support delivery of your ABP.
  • Lead Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts with customer C-suite, third-party consultants, and the Coca-Cola system to enhance and formalize partnerships, growing both system revenue and brand availability.
  • Conduct Routine Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with customers, including channel-specific consumer insights, channel landscape updates, outlet-level audits, contract compliance discussions, and SME recommendations to win your seat at the customer's leadership table.
  • Build and Strengthen Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-Suite and bottler stakeholders to unlock previously unobtainable resources, enhancing the value created for the customer by The Coca-Cola Company.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional team members (e.g., Marketing, Finance, CAT, Operations) to jointly deliver each customer's objectives, volume, and profit plan.
  • Maintain Organized Records: Track payments, contract compliance, volume reporting, and other essential metrics through multiple internal systems.
  • Develop and Execute Channel Plans: Collaborate with key stakeholders to build and execute the gaming channel plan, ensuring continued share growth in Las Vegas and the gaming channel in general.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of successful sales account management experience, with 5 years of experience a plus. Experience in gaming in Las Vegas a plus.

    • Pitch Presentations: Proven ability to develop and deliver effective pitch presentations that align with business objectives.
    • Sales Forecasting: Ability to develop and manage sales forecasts that align with business objectives.
    • Sales Management: Proven ability to manage sales teams and develop strategic plans to drive business growth.
    • Sales Process: Strong understanding of sales processes and ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $98,400 - $120,000, depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
