About the Role: Senior Statistics Architect
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Statistics Architect to join our Customer Listening Team in Czechia. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming the end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data-driven insights to drive business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and process owners, subject matter experts, and Agile teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, driving the development of data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain the new VOC process, sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted by Qualtrics.
- Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python).
- Provide guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
- Drive consumer tale analysis and elaboration, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in development on Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, and shell scripting languages.
- Strong understanding of data-driven tasks, development launch management, and troubleshooting.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies, delivering small increments of a product at regular intervals to business groups.
- Ability to collaborate with relationship managers/product owners to understand functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with large datasets and developing data-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and data platforms.
