About the Role: Engineer L2 - A319/A320/A321 Fleet Engineering Team
This part-time remote data entry job is an exciting opportunity to join our A319/A320/A321 Fleet Engineering Team within the Technical Operations Division. As an Engineer L2, you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet. Your work will be pivotal in supporting our airline's objectives, managing projects, and collaborating with various departments to achieve our goals.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
- Stay Informed and Assess Priorities: Keep abreast of day-to-day airline operations within your field of responsibility and assess daily priorities in line with airline and departmental objectives.
- Investigate and Resolve Issues: Investigate aircraft and component problems that may cause delays, cancellations, or significant expenditures, and determine appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide Engineering Support: Offer technical support for the disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components to restore them to a serviceable status.
- Respond to Requests: Respond to requests from Maintenance and other departments when technical assistance is needed to support projects or resolve issues.
- Develop Action Plans: Create action plans for fleet and component engineering projects, pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities.
- Coordinate with Departments: Work with other airline departments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions.
- Prepare Engineering Documents: Develop customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions that align with airline objectives.
