Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and exceeds their expectations.
- Clarify Customer Requirements: Probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to provide resolution to customer inquiries, and demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
- Maintain Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with client products and/or services, and use this knowledge to provide accurate and effective solutions.
- Prepare Accurate Work: Maintain complete and accurate records, including notating accounts as required, and track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database.
- Improve Customer Satisfaction: Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, and offer additional products and/or services to enhance the customer experience.
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff as needed.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with three to six months of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong Computer Skills: Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge are essential for success in this role.
- Effective Communication: The ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, is critical for building strong relationships with customers.
- Attention to Detail: Dependability and strong attention to detail are necessary for maintaining accurate records and providing high-quality service.

- Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued, as it demonstrates an understanding of customer needs and expectations.
