About the Role: Supporting Energy Services Programs through Accurate Data Management
As a valued member of our team, the Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data, maintaining compliance with program guidelines, and collaborating with program staff to enhance service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the current production pipeline.
- Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the Monday.com platform upon receipt, ensuring seamless communication and data tracking.
- Follow program guidelines for the use of all required database systems, including Monday.com, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc., to ensure data consistency and compliance.
- Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
- Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services, fostering a cohesive team environment.
- Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc., to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Attend all required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings, staying engaged and informed about program developments.
- Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities, enhancing skills and knowledge in line with industry best practices.
- Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the role, upholding the trust and privacy of clients and colleagues.
- Perform related work as required, demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
Qualifications and Skills: What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent professional experience, providing a solid foundation in administrative or human services work.
- Two years of experience in Human Service or a related field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes, demonstrating an understanding of the challenges and needs of our client base.
- Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly related experience may be substituted for education, allowing for flexibility in candidate backgrounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish, enabling effective communication with a broader range of clients and colleagues.
