Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' needs are met. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers with inquiries and concerns, providing detailed explanations of account status and inquiries
- Ensuring all account information is accurately documented and inputted into our client system
- Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties
- Assisting customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines
- Consistently discussing additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls
- Utilizing exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals
Key Results Areas
To succeed in this role, you'll need to focus on the following key results areas:
- Maintaining an average Inbound Handle Time that meets or exceeds our performance standards
- Achieving Quality Assurance goals and consistently delivering high-quality customer service
- Adhering to Production measures, including time spent on calls and schedule adherence
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
We're looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize work effectively. You'll need to have excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and a strong focus on exemplary shift attendance. While experience working in a call center environment is preferred, it's not essential - we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge you need to succeed.
Some of the key qualifications we're looking for include:
- One to two years' experience working in a call center environment (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to learn software applications quickly
- A High School graduate/equivalent or higher
- Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism
- A strong focus on exemplary shift attendance and the ability to meet strict deadlines
Technical Requirements for Remote Work
To work effectively in this role, you'll need to have a reliable and fast internet connection. Our minimum internet speed requirements are:
- Broadband internet connection (No DSL or Dial Up)
- Hard-wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots)
- Speed Test Results: 25 mbps download, 20 mbps upload
You'll also need to have a camera that can be used during training sessions.
