Key Responsibilities
- Verify customers' rent payments with their landlords, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our reporting process.
 - Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
 - Utilize superb communication skills to build strong relationships with customers, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
 - Navigate our CRM system and other tools to manage customer interactions, update records, and track progress.
 - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, resolving complex issues and negotiating with landlords when necessary.
 - Work collaboratively with the customer success team to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve team goals.
 - Maintain a high level of productivity while working in a remote environment, adhering to scheduled hours and performance standards.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely, both in writing and verbally.
 - Computer Proficiency: Comfortable using email, internet search, and other software applications to perform tasks efficiently.
 - Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
 - Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
 - Sales Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a sales environment, such as a call center, retail, or services, showcasing your ability to negotiate and influence.
 - Phone Interaction: Comfortable and confident in communicating with customers via phone, with a strong ability to build rapport.
 - Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.
 
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Inbound Call Center Experience: Previous experience handling inbound calls in a call center environment is highly valued.
 - CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to our systems.
 - Bilingual Spanish: Proficiency in Spanish is a significant plus, enabling you to support a broader customer base.
