About the Role

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service and problem-solving, or a strong willingness to learn and develop these skills.
  • Technical aptitude and familiarity with Apple products, services, and operating systems (experience with other technology products is also valuable).
