Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- Must be a permanent resident of Illinois, Iowa, or Wisconsin
 - Ability to work weekends and flexible hours, including summer months, school year, and holiday breaks
 - Proficient with the internet, data entry, and the ability to swiftly move between multiple programs
 - Good typing, computer, and customer service skills, with strong phone contact handling skills and active listening skills
 - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work setting
 - Strong knowledge of a wide variety of industries, including Home Services
 - Experience with scheduling appointments and managing customer relationships
 - Ability to adapt to new technologies and software applications quickly
