Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services Representative to join our team. As a Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service, resolving concerns, and promoting our products and services to meet the needs of our customers. This is a remote opportunity, and you must reside in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, or a surrounding community within those states. Our comprehensive training program will begin on May 13th, 2024, and we offer a competitive hourly rate of $18.00, along with a range of benefits and perks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess customers' needs, suggesting products and services for their home and business needs
- Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns
- Manage customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling
- Remain current on Cox Business products and services
- Own the customer experience and provide support to internal sales reps

Qualifications
The minimum qualifications for this role include:
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
- 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport, and problem-solving
- Ability to learn and apply new procedures
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues
The preferred qualifications for this role include:
- 1 year of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
- Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
- Ability to adapt to constant change
