Job Overview

As a Bilingual French and English Customer Service Representative working from home, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides support to customers via incoming and outgoing calls and/or internet interactions. Your role will involve resolving common problems and addressing questions related to our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide incoming customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (French or English)
  • Follow, document, and update information in databases
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs or comparable technology is preferred
  • Offer additional products and services to customers
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in both French and English languages
  • 1 year of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge
  • Ability to multitask and learn new technologies quickly
  • A desktop or laptop computer for testing purposes (may be provided depending on the role, but not guaranteed)
  • High-speed internet connection (no wireless/wifi hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
