About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst and Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Ohio, USA. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for producing quarterly sales/unit forecasts, price of income, and other related analysis for Apple India. This role will largely engage with India senior management, both income and finance, requiring strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate results of analysis in easy-to-understand business terms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct complex, data-driven analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to think strategically on essential business problems while acting tactically to resolve them.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in Apple hardware products and business models, with the capacity to create successful partnerships cross-functionally within a large corporation.
  • Exhibit strong prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure sales planning, forecasting, retargeting, and tracking with RTM/LOB data, and support the business in exchange term investments to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with the accounting group to ensure correct accruals and payout channel control, and proactively work on credit limits to ensure no outstanding AR.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Validated capability to conduct complex, data-driven analysis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of analysis in easy-to-understand business terms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; CA/MBA desired.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of Apple products and business models.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
