Job Overview: E-commerce Account Manager – Remote Data Entry Specialist

We are currently looking for a dynamic, customer-obsessed, and results-driven self-starter to fill the role of an Account Manager. This position is pivotal in acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships that enhance our product selection, pricing, and convenience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
  • Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
  • Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree and have 1 to 3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales targets using a consultative and solutions-focused approach is essential. Additionally, you should have:

  • Demonstrated success in promoting nascent products/offering into new markets.
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
