Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via chat, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing suitable solutions and alternatives, such as refunds, replacement products, or other solutions.
  • Follow-up with Customers: Follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Research and Provide Accurate Information: Use available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers about our products and services.
  • Escalate Priority Issues: Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant departments for resolution.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet daily and weekly performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
  • Provide Feedback: Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and issues to help us continually improve our products and services.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members through various channels.
  • Time Management Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, balancing multiple priorities, staying organized, and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to stay focused, with the ability to set goals, stay on task, and take ownership of work.

  • Customer Service Skills: Patient, empathetic, and solution-focused, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

  • Technical Skills: Comfortable using various software applications, such as chat software, email clients, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central: Experience working with Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
  • Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
