Job Summary

As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of vendors, developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, including Amazon's businesses and teams, to enable vendors to succeed on Amazon. Your goal will be to increase vendor performance, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Contribute to business strategy development and identify key metrics that drive growth and enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and other Amazon programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and cultivate relationships with vendors, internal stakeholders, and account managers. Be a trusted advisor and business advocate, ensuring vendor satisfaction and resolving issues.
  • Process Excellence: Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and key metrics to contribute to strategic development of functions and programs that accelerate growth and improve vendor experience. Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes.
  • Performance Management: Manage and deliver against complex goals and objectives, making trade-offs between short-term and long-term strategic investments.
  • Problem-Solving: Conduct root cause analysis of problems and opportunities affecting vendor business, and develop plans to address them.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in client or seller-facing roles with a focus on relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data and exceptional practices to evaluate performance drivers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Marketing Metrics: Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external marketing campaign metrics to evaluate performance drivers and discover insights.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated track record of building and cultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving resolutions collaboratively, resolving conflicts, and ensuring follow-through with excellent verbal and written communication.
