Key Responsibilities: Driving Customer Satisfaction and Business Growth
As a Customer Service Representative with an AR focus, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and text, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
 - Managing and posting customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing
 - Contacting customers regarding outstanding balances, negotiating payment arrangements, and resolving disputes
