What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix Webhelp, you will:
- Provide inbound customer support.
 - Help customers resolve technical issues.
 - Assist in correcting billing concerns.
 - Deliver expert customer experiences – with a smile.
 
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to customers via inbound and outbound calls and/or via the Internet.
 - Issue Resolution: Resolve technical issues and correct billing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
 - Customer Experience: Deliver expert customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations.
 - Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and provide solutions.
 
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Education: A High School Diploma and/or GED.
 - Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (or required).
 - Location: Live within a 40-mile radius of our Valdosta site.
 - PC Knowledge: Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills.
 - Flexibility: The ability to work various shifts as needed.
