As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in resolving complex consumer issues and providing exceptional support to policyholders. Your Responsibilities
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues
- Advising First-Level Representatives: Provide guidance and support to first-level representatives on high-level issues
- Assisting Policyholders with Billing Questions: Respond to policyholders' billing inquiries and concerns
- Providing Support for Policy Changes: Assist policyholders with policy changes and provide recommendations as necessary
- Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Apply logical problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Age and Education: Over 18 years of age and a high school graduate or GED
- Typing Speed: Ability to type 25 wpm
- Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills
- Call Center Experience: 6 months of call center experience (preferred)
- Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Availability: Availability to work various shifts
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with Teleperformance, you will need:
- Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- ISP Requirements: ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
- Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: A clean and quiet workspace
