Available Remote Positions

We're currently seeking experienced and dedicated individuals to fill the following remote positions:

  • Tax Customer Care Representative: As a Tax Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues proactively.
  • Healthcare Customer Service Representative: In this role, you'll engage with customers through various channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
  • Automotive Sales & Service Representative: As an Automotive Sales & Service Representative, you'll work with customers via multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media, to resolve inquiries, de-escalate issues, and upsell when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative with Teleperformance, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries with precision and empathy, providing exceptional service through active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Working with confidential information sensitively and maintaining customer trust.
  • Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful.
  • Utilizing a personal computer with Windows 11, a minimum of 8GB RAM, and a stable Ethernet LAN connection to perform job duties.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • Logical problem-solving skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
