About the Role: Senior Data Architect - Voice of the Customer Strategy
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Architect to assist in the transformation and innovation of our end-to-end Voice of the Customer strategy. The successful candidate will work closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to design and build a robust data model architecture that supports the most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with utility teams to define, frame, and capture business needs, and develop information about Voice of the Customer methods to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform.
 - Design and build robust data model architecture to support the most fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
 - Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
 - Provide pointers to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the massive data ecosystem.
 - Power consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, exploring & building automation tools.
 - Proactively select and automate guide obligations to improve quality and efficiency.
 - Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end technique.
 
Essential Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, Shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no longer than 3+ years.
 - Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise in functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
 - Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Qualtrics and survey platforms.
 - Knowledge of data architecture and data governance principles.
 - Experience with data visualization tools and reporting.
