**The Role**
As an Experienced Remote Customer Service Representative – E-commerce Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional support experiences to customers of our top e-commerce clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling customer service tickets across various platforms, including Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we will provide training for (Experience preferred but not required)
* Providing timely and high-quality responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that customers receive the support they need to resolve their issues
* Working closely with clients to understand their products, services, and brand voice, ensuring that support is delivered in a way that aligns with their values and mission
* Collaborating with our team of experts to develop and implement effective support strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on the latest customer service trends, technologies, and best practices
* Performing basic administrative tasks as required by clients, such as data entry and reporting
**What We Look For**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
* **Excellent English language skills**, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in writing and over the phone
* **Experience in customer-facing roles**, although not necessarily in customer service specifically (we're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional support experiences)
* **Interest in the e-commerce space**, with a desire to learn about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the industry
* **Ability to answer multiple inquiries across various channels**, including email, Instagram, live chat, and phone
* **Attention to detail**, with a focus on delivering high-quality support experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
* **Relational skills**, with the ability to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide empathetic support
* **Ability to remain calm under pressure**, with a focus on de-escalating conflicts and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* **Availability to work within US timezones (PST, CST, EST)**
