Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity and Inventory Plan Management

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Full Stack Data Entry Consultant to join our team. As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans. You will also process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards, review fairness transaction activity, and support fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of fairness-based long-term incentive plans and inventory buy plans.
 - Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and inventory buy plan Matching proportion awards.
 - Review fairness transaction activity, including transactions associated with stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and inventory buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting.
 - Research, track, and respond to questions obtained from participants, process partners, or other stakeholders.
 - Support fairness-based long-term incentive award delivery method and inventory buy plan enrollment activities.
 - Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
 - Review and maintain fairness management methods and documentation.
 - Perform other fairness plan management tasks as requested.
 
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience. At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field is preferred. Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans, is also preferred.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
 - At least 1 year of experience in inventory plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field.
 - Experience working with multiple equity plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and inventory buy plans.
 - Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly.
 - Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers.
 - Ability to investigate and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations.
