**About the Role**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers via telephone, email, and online chat to provide support and information on our products or services. You'll be responsible for processing customer invoices and payments, maintaining customer accounts and records, and entering customer orders. Your exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to build relationships with customers will make you an invaluable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Interact with customers via telephone, email, and online chat to provide support and information on products or services
* Process customer invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain customer accounts and records, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information
* Enter customer orders and ensure seamless order fulfillment
* Respond to customer questions and concerns, escalating issues to the appropriate staff when necessary
* Keep track of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
* Follow procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure compliance and quality service
* Process letters to customers and perform other general clerical services as assigned
* Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team's goals and objectives
**Essential Qualifications:**
* At least 3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, including active listening
* Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and ability to build relationships with customers
* Ability to identify and resolve emerging customer issues in a timely and effective manner
* Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software and systems
* Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment
* Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively to meet deadlines
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
* Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
