About the Role

As a bilingual customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be working from home, using a guide to navigate calls in the client's preferred language, and will be required to have a quiet and distraction-free workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, using a guide to navigate calls in the client's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Follow, document, and report information in databases
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Be familiar with iOS and/or MacOs, or a comparable technology
  • Offer additional products and services
  • Provide expert customer experiences... with a smile

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of a computer
  • Ability to multitask quickly
  • Desire to learn new technologies
  • A desktop or laptop computer for testing on PC and Internet
  • High-speed internet (no Wi-Fi/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
